We have a small team of sub contractors who we have used over the years and know that they provide good workmanship at a good price. We use them for all construction, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work as well as grounds maintenance. You may prefer to use your own people but our team is available. If you would rather not be involved in contracting builders yourselves.

A large percentage of our customers /clients are from the expatriate community and are more on short term contracts of two years or less and they often prefer fully furnished accommodating, apart from financing this element (where necessary) we can also procure and install furniture, fixtures and fittings to acceptable standards.
